I've seen similar footage before. It was at a place called Copperfield's, a forerunner to Applebees, sometime in the late 80's. We were done with work and were in one of our many "let's order all of the appetizers" moods and pretty drunk at the time. There wasn't a lot of sports on at 2 in the morning back then so one of the TV's closest to us was showing almost this exact same footage. I thought they put PBS on the channels nobody watched.

We were laughing so uncontrollably that we got kicked out. Fine, I didn't want to pay the bar tab anyway. We got kicked out again the following week for coming in at about the same time and talking loudly about nothing but what we had seen the week before.

Ah, good times.
