Well, Hydrant-monkey, I'm guessing that it would be kind of like if you had two throats. Someone would have to be really peering at the back of your mouth to notice, and a doctor would only see it if he tells you to open up and say "Aahh."

I did more *ahem* research into this condition and it appears while she has 2 vaginas (internal part), she only has 1 vulva (external part).
So yeah, it seems like a pelvic exam by a competent doctor would have revealed this, but she doesn't actually have any extra holes. So there goes the quadruple penetration pornos.
