This is a good place to contemplate. When police are looking for someone like this and they don't have a photo to go by, the police sketch artist draws what the person looks like to help us identify the person. Why are the drawings only black and white? Since the assailant is usually wearing a hoodie, should all the pages of the sketch pad just look like this so they can save time by not having to draw the hoodie each time?
