What are yours? I don't mean things like drinking or intravenous drug use, we already know about those and have pics in the secret album.
I want to hear about stuff you just can't stop doing that is slowly hurting or killing you. Or as we call it "funny".
Mine is that I chew on my tongue in my sleep.
Usually this results in nothing more than a sore tongue in the morning.
However, since I broke a tooth and now have a jagged Devils edge in there, I seem to be slowly chewing a hole through my tongue.

It hurts more than it looks. That dimpled area there can be pulled apart and actually goes about half way through.

If my migraines are bad enough I will beat my head against a wall until my head bleeds. There have been a couple of times when my migraine actually went away as a result.
Then there was the other day when I knocked myself out in the bathroom. That was fun. I must have been out for a couple of minutes. That was two minutes without a migraine, so SCORE!!
Then there are times when I try to redirect the pain by punching a shovel in the garage.
