During the first few weeks of my stint in the army I heard a rumour that some soldiers liked to pull a prank on the new guys by sneaking into their dorms at night and apply copious amounts of black shoe shine on their penises.
It never actually happened to me or anyone I knew; it didn't make any sense for this to happen at all, because there was more shame and embarrassment at stake for the prankster than for their victim.

On the other hand, it is the French army I am talking about here. French soldiers polishing each other's dicks is a concept that many might find believable.

My French friend, Yannel, told me a story about being at a U.S. gym and seeing a large black man emerge from the hot tub. Apparently the the size of this guy's manhood, poorly tucked away in a small bathing suit, was enticing enough that Yannel skulked into the locker room just to watch him shower.
