Fake Delete simulates the deletion of all files/folders in the Windows directory (or whichever directory you pass via the command line). Fake Delete uses the standard Windows delete dialog, and a list of the actual files on their hard drive, so it appears very realistic. The hard drive actually makes noise each time a file is deleted, and the program cannot be disabled or stopped until it's finished doing its job!
