  Conrad was one of the only Senators to use the form I provided. I have to believe he had an intern do it, since the joke is pretty long and the handwriting is pretty girly. Still, you have to appreciate the time taken by someone on the Conrad staff to write out this entire joke by hand. Since Conrad represents one of the most rural states in the nation, and serves on the Senate Agriculture Committee, a joke about sleeping in a field seems appropriate. | ||
