  Senator Nelson's joke reads:Two senators are riding in an elevator together. One senator leans over to the other one and says: This was the only Senatorial joke that I didn't quite get. A few people tried to explain it to me, and I guess one Senator is trying to deflate the other Senator's ego. I'm just thinking, that seems a little over the head of a 10-year-old. It's an interesting joke, because it seems funny when you first hear it, but then if you stop to think about it, it's really not funny at all. | ||
