Senator Arlen Specter (R-PA)

John J. Miller writes in the National Review: "Lawmakers on Capitol Hill have much better reasons for disliking him: They regard Specter as one of the prickliest pols in Congress -- a humorless man who is cold to colleagues and cruel to staff." He voted NO to background checks at gun shows, YES to allowing guns to be sold without trigger locks, and YES to Internet sales tax. Oh, and he's the guy who came up with the "single-bullet theory" to explain the JFK assassination.

I might be able to picture him chuckling, but only with great difficulty.
